Calling all movie-lovers! The final Family Movie Night in the Park event is happening in Oates Park on August 28th.

Come watch a FREE family-friendly movie on a giant inflatable screen while sitting under the stars in one of our beautiful local parks.

Don’t Forget to Bring:

Blankets to sit on
Extra clothes for cool nights
Bug spray
Your own snacks and drinks
A small bag for your garbage

Councillor Heaps and Toronto’s Clean & Beautiful City Secretariat at please to announce a community beautification effort that will occur in Lucy Tot Park on August 28th, 2010.

Spearheaded by the Victoria Park Danforth Neighbourhood Association, the beautification effort will bring a number of benefits to the local Lucy Tot Park, including:

Fresh sand under the playground equipment;
Shrub and flower bed installation behind the west side benches;
Park sign replacement;
Bench replacement;
Community plantings;

Come out and lend your support as your community beautifies this gem of a park!
