Join Councillor Heaps and his mascot friends – Chipper the Chipmunk, Baby Billy the Brown Bear, and Peggy the Penguin – for an afternoon of family fun and entertainment!
The day’s events include:
- An hour of ice time (3:15pm to 4:45pm),
- Button-making,
- Hot chocolate and Country Bits,
- Raffle draw
All activites are free and open to every resident of Ward 35.
